Our Story

We are a newly established, family-run food business built around a traditional South African braai, permanently installed in our van.

We started our business in October 2025 trading on St Albans Market. Now you will find us out and about in our Braai Van at festivals, community events and markets – watch out for our social media posts to find out where we’re going to be. You’ll smell us before you see us!
